Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders ship same day or within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Preorders/backorders will show an ETA at checkout.

Shipping methods & timing (U.S.)

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 2–7+ business days. We are not responsible for USPS / UPS shipping delays and shipping times may vary.

    Tracking is sent by email/SMS when your order ships. Tracking may show “Label created” until USPS makes its first scan (can take up to 1-2 business days).

(For all other products: shipping times may vary and are estimated to be longer.)

International shipping
Transit times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Duties/taxes may be charged by your country on delivery. Complimentary Shipping is only accessible to U.S. customers.

Address changes
If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP at contact@doperme.com with your order #. If the order has shipped, we’ll try an intercept (not guaranteed).

Lost / damaged packages
If tracking says delivered but you can’t find it, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your building. Still missing? Email contact@doperme.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. For damage, include photos of the box, packing material, and product.

Returns shipments
Undeliverable or refused packages may be returned to us. Return Address: 6245 Rufe Snow Drive, Suite 280, Unit #645, Forth Worth, TX 76148. Contact contact@doperme.com to reship (additional postage may apply).

Shipment, Delivery & Delays
• Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are **estimates** in business days and exclude weekends/holidays. We process most orders within 1–2 business days.

• Once an order is transferred to the carrier, **title and risk of loss** pass to the customer and the shipment becomes the carrier’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, incorrect/incomplete addresses, weather, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. (We’ll always help you work with the carrier.)

• If we are unable to **ship within the stated timeframe**, we’ll email you with a new estimated ship date and ask for your consent to the delay. 

• We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from delays.

• “Delivered” but can’t find it? Please check with neighbors/building management and wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early). Still missing? Contact us within **7 days** of the delivery scan and we’ll assist with a carrier trace.

• For U.S. shipments, unless we explicitly agree to deliver to a specific destination, shipments are made under standard “shipment contract” terms and **risk of loss transfers when we hand the package to the carrier**.
